It’s purportedly a L-82 with a 4 speed... But it’s a 1980 model and this combination apparently wasn’t available for that model year. I’m certain that one owner just stuck badges on there (it also has 1978 25th anniv. vette flag badges). Much more likely than updating the interior to 1980 spec (85mph speedo included).

Anyways it has 113k and the tags expired in 2008.

What’s the worst that can happen?

I’m not actually in the position to DO anything with it, it’s just interesting.

Anyways, i’d update it with a modern drivetrain and upgraded interior while attempting to retain its disco vette zeitgeist.

It's the first rubber c3 to make me think such things.
